Working long distance can be challenging for the most seasoned salesperson, but Tony handled every single question over the phone with patience. I purchased my first RV from Vancouver RV. I had a great experience, it was almost too easy.
Tom helped us on the first day, he is very knowledgeable and spent his time answering my questions and explaining in detail the differences in RV build quality. I liked that he did not put down other types of construction but rather gave us the information for us to make a informed decision.
Tony helped us on our next visit. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the finance process and answering my new questions along with giving tips on RV ownership. It was very relaxing and stress free.
Overall i am very happy we chose to come here. I can tell they really like what they do and don’t pressure you into anything your not comfortable with. In the future if i need to upgrade i will definitely come back here.
